Abyssinians are shown in four color classes in the Cat Fanciers Association (CFA).  The acceptable colors are Ruddy, Red, Blue and Fawn.  Examples of each are shown below.

Blue and Fawn are recessive to Ruddy and Red, for the genetics buffs out there :-)
